We are looking for a Performance Marketing Creative Strategist to own the strategy, ideation, and iteration of paid media creatives across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels. This role sits at the intersection of creative, data, and growth, with full ownership over developing high-performing creative concepts, guiding execution with editors and designers, and using performance data to continuously improve results. This is not a brand-only role. We are looking for someone who understands direct response, knows how to read performance signals, and can turn insights into better ads.
In this role, you will own the creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels. You will develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks rooted in customer psychology and performance data. You will translate key metrics such as CPA, CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate, and hold rate into clear and actionable creative direction. You will build and maintain a creative testing roadmap that defines what to test, why it matters, and how to scale winning concepts. You will collaborate closely with media buyers to align creative with account strategy, with video editors and designers to guide execution rather than simply request assets, and with growth and analytics teams to interpret results and inform future iterations. You will analyze creative performance at the hook, body, and close level, audit competitors and winning ads across platforms to identify patterns and opportunities, help evolve internal creative systems and testing processes, and support the scaling of winning creatives across brands within the Kinefor.com portfolio.
We are looking for someone with three to seven years of experience in performance marketing creative for DTC brands and a deep understanding of direct response principles, including hooks, offers, objections, and urgency. You should have proven experience creating or guiding ads that scale profitably, strong creative instincts supported by data literacy, and comfort analyzing ad performance using metrics rather than opinions. Experience working with Meta Ads is essential, with TikTok Ads required and YouTube or long-form video advertising considered a strong plus. You should be able to clearly communicate creative direction to editors and designers, stay organized and proactive, and thrive in fast-moving environments. Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or pet brands is a bonus.
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube or Google Ads is preferred, along with creative analytics platforms like Triple Whale, Northbeam, Google Analytics, or native platform reporting. Experience using Notion, ClickUp, and Slack for collaboration, as well as Figma and Google Slides for briefs and concepts, is ideal. Familiarity with AI tools for ideation is a plus, though quality control and judgment are critical.

Role Overview
The Community Coach is a specialized consultant role focused on supporting and elevating VIP creators within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. In this position, you will act as a mentor, strategist, and performance coach, guiding top creators on content quality, TikTok Shop optimization, and GMV growth best practices. You will work closely with the Community and Discord Manager as well as the Creator Partnerships Manager to deliver hands-on coaching, conduct content audits, and provide tactical feedback to the highest-potential creators in the program. This role is typically filled by a top creator or an experienced TikTok operator with deep platform expertise and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
As Community Coach, you will provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to VIP creators, focusing on content quality, hooks, editing, and GMV-driving tactics. You will host weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions such as live calls, AMAs, or workshops that cover performance trends, platform updates, and content strategy. You will conduct monthly audits of creator content to identify patterns, opportunities, and clear paths for improvement, and you will share actionable insights related to TikTok trends, creator archetypes, and GMV optimization. You will support new VIP creators during onboarding to ensure they understand expectations, best practices, and TikTok Shop setup. You will also create short-form training resources, including video examples, templates, and scripts, to help creators level up quickly. Key Performance Indicators
Success in this role is measured by GMV growth from coached creators, improvements in creator content quality, attendance and engagement during coaching sessions, creator satisfaction and retention within the VIP tier, and the consistency and effectiveness of audits, training resources, and performance feedback.
Success Benchmarks
Within the first 30 days, you will complete onboarding, develop a strong understanding of key creator personas and performance metrics, begin hosting initial coaching sessions, and conduct early content audits for VIP creators. By 60 days, you will have built a repeatable coaching framework, published initial training resources and content examples, and demonstrated early signs of performance improvement among coached creators. By 90 days, you will be expected to deliver measurable GMV lift and improved content output, help establish a high-performing ecosystem of top creators with clear growth pathways, and become the trusted expert for creator coaching across the entire program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires proven experience as a successful TikTok creator or operator, deep knowledge of short-form content, hooks, trends, and editing styles, and strong communication and teaching skills. You should be comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating them into tactical insights, hosting live coaching sessions, workshops, or AMAs, and balancing high empathy with high performance expectations. Kinefor.com is hiring a Marketplace Manager with deep expertise in TikTok Shops to drive revenue growth and operational performance across TikTok Shops and Amazon. This role is designed for a hands-on operator who understands how to extract maximum performance from marketplace ecosystems, from listings and paid media to inventory coordination and cross-functional execution. You will own growth strategy, optimization, and execution across both platforms, with a direct focus on revenue, profitability, and scale. This is a full-time, remote-first position with clear ownership over P&L outcomes.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and execute tailored growth strategies for TikTok Shops and Amazon, using data, category insights, and platform trends to drive sales, visibility, and profitability. You will stay ahead of algorithm updates, advertising platform changes, SEO dynamics, and buyer behavior across both marketplaces to optimize organic and paid performance. You will lead cross-functional growth initiatives by collaborating closely with creative, supply chain, operations, and performance marketing teams to ensure alignment across content, inventory, fulfillment, and advertising. You will manage the full product lifecycle, from new product launches to scaling existing SKUs, overseeing listing optimization, pricing strategy, bundling, review acquisition, and re-ranking initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires proven experience scaling marketplace revenue on TikTok Shops and Amazon, with deep expertise in TikTok Shop’s unique algorithms, ad tools, and ecosystem dynamics. You should have a strong understanding of listing optimization, keyword research, and paid media management across both platforms, along with a clear grasp of P&L drivers in marketplace-based eCommerce. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as you will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
